Appointment of Joint Administrators and suspension of shares
On 22 August 2013, Matthew David Smith, Nicholas Guy Edwards and Clare
Boardman of Deloitte LLP were appointed Joint Administrators and now manage the
affairs, business and property of RSM Tenon Group plc and Premier Strategies
Limited. The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the Companies only and
without personal liability. Unless otherwise shown all Insolvency Practitioners
are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
(ICAEW).
