4performance is a single interactive system which will help your management team to monitor their business performance, using indicators that have been developed specifically by you with help from our consultants.
What does 4performance do?
4performance will enable your organisation to develop ownership of performance targets at different levels ensuring a ‘working together’ ethos within the business. The management team is able to enter information against their own defined performance indicators and it is possible for the whole organisation to view the performance against them.
Using a simple traffic light display (red, amber and green), 4performance gives a quick visual indicator of the organisational situation at any given time. The easy-to-understand system draws attention to particular issues and focuses decisions on any critical aspects which are affecting day-to-day operations, enabling you to invest management time where it is most valuable.
4performance holds details of all the objectives and the underlying targets that contribute to the successful completion of these objectives. If necessary, these could be variable targets to allow, for example, planning and monitoring of growth improvements. Each will be coloured to indicate whether the target has been met.
When management information is entered, it will be automatically displayed in a strategic hierarchy, to indicate progress towards your organisation’s objectives. The measures can be displayed in detail or you can generate summary graphs of performance. These can provide a visual display or they can be exported into reports using Microsoft® Word or Excel. As 4performance is deployed using internet technologies, it can be viewed and updated via any computer connected to the internet, subject to security controls.
In addition you can:
- Attach electronic records, such as PDF files, document scans, Word documents with any data entered against a performance indicator
- Set electronic reminders for staff to submit their data into the system
- Set electronic reminders regarding policies and procedures that are out of date
- View results in a number of formats
