The UK Pensions Awards, now in their 16th year, are the largest gathering of the UK corporate pensions industry. They seek to recognise providers that offer the highest level of innovation, performance and service to occupational pension schemes and their members - and have done the most to improve this level of performance and service over the past year (the 12 months to October 31, 2012).
Auto-enrolment is complex legislation that will affect all employers, regardless of size. Organisations with 90 or more employees should be preparing detailed plans now to avoid the threat of uncapped fines for non-compliance. Smaller organisations should also be starting to consider their auto enrolment options and the likely costs and implications.
