RSM Tenon Group PLC, the leading national accountants and advisers, today announces the appointment of Adrian Gardner to the Board of RSM Tenon as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The appointment is with immediate effect.
Adrian was, from November 2007 until recently, the Chief Financial Officer of PA Consulting Group Limited, an independent, employee-owned firm that specialises in management and IT consulting and technology development. From 2002 until 2007 he was Chief Financial Officer of ProStrakan Group PLC, a rapidly growing speciality pharmaceuticals firm that was listed on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to that, from 1989, he was at Lazard LLC.
Since 1998 Adrian has held the position of non-executive director and, from 2003, Chairman of the Audit Committee of Amdocs Limited ("Amdocs") which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately $6bn. Amdocs provides software and services solutions to major communications companies enabling an integrated approach to customer management.
Russell McBurnie, who has held the position of Finance Director since March 2008, has today stepped down from the Board and will remain with the Group to ensure proper handover and to continue to implement certain ongoing projects.
