Adrian became a non-executive director of RSM Tenon Group PLC on 2 September 2009 and was appointed as Chairman in January 2012. Adrian is a chartered accountant and was managing partner of BDO Stoy Hayward between 1991 and 2000. His tenure was a period of rapid growth for that business during which a number of strategic mergers were successfully completed.
Adrian subsequently became Chief Executive of Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP, a leading legal practice, where he remains a consultant. Currently he holds non-executive directorships with Morgan Sindall Group PLC, Safestore Holdings PLC and M&C Saatchi PLC and was a non-executive director of Carphone Warehouse PLC.
He is Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Compliance Committee.
