Neil is the regional managing director responsible for a network of offices across the Southern region, offering a varied portfolio of services to businesses. Prior to that he was head of corporate finance in the East Midlands and is also an expert in the construction sector.
Neil has acted in a corporate advisory capacity to in a large number of construction and property clients helping them to achieve their corporate objectives. He has advised clients on the financial implications of development opportunities including trading structures and exit plans. Neil has also advised on a considerable number of corporate finance transactions in the property and construction sector such as disposals and acquisitions including management buy-outs. Neil was the National Head of property and construction at his previous firm from August 2004 to December 2005. He has written various articles for the property and construction media and has taken part on industry round table debates.
As well as his role managing our southern region, Neil co-ordinates a national team of construction and property experts across all our national services lines, including accounts and audit, corporate finance, outsourcing, financial services, VAT and Tax.
