Michael became a non-executive director of RSM Tenon Group PLC on 4 August 2011 and was appointed Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director in January 2012.
Michael is Fellow of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He has enjoyed a successful career in investment banking including roles at Robert Fleming & Co, UBS and Merrill Lynch where he was Managing Director and Co-head of the Corporate Broking business from 2004 to 2009.
Michael is currently a partner at private investment bank, Moelis & Co. He is also a non-executive director of UK Mail Group PLC.
Michael is Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nomination and Compliance Committees.
