Training and Qualifications

There are a variety of professional qualifications that our graduates can study dependant on which service line you decide to specialise in:  

Your development within the graduate role will be enhanced by training from our RSM Tenon Academy, through a mix of internal courses, external training and on-the-job mentoring. Recognised as an ICAEW authorised training provider, ACCA platinum employer and with ICAS accreditation, you will embark upon a programme that is viewed amongst the best in the industry. 

As well as accounting and financial skills, you’ll also gain a variety of essential business skills and competencies. And it doesn’t stop there; the RSM Tenon Academy provides structured learning programmes starting from trainee level potentially up to Director level. 

You'll enter into a ‘training agreement' within six months of joining us; a reciprocal commitment that will see you embark on a relevant course of study. Within two to three years you will have gained practical hands-on experience and be qualified in your chosen area.  And, we won’t just leave you to ‘get on with it’; our continued support, exam leave, study materials and excellent tuition will all be provided.
